The IDRC conducts research into adaptive technologies of emerging information and communication systems and practices.

Our scope of work for this renovation project included the demolition of existing, construction of new drywall partition, PC 350 frames, and the subsequent application of various new finishes including carpet, vinyl, ceramic tiles, baseboards and painting. Alteration to mechanical, sprinklers and electrical systems were also required.

OUTCOME

To mitigate some of the issues with working in a post and beam building, Flat Iron performed its own site survey to assess differences in heights and levels to assist in establishing a micro schedule to circumvent delays with lead times.
