PROJECT CHALLENGES

  1. Remediation of site
  2. Acoustic wall on north façade
  3. Glazing wall on north façade

OUTCOME

The existing site had to be remediated and receive Ministry of Environment and Energy sign off prior to the commencement of the new build.

An acoustic wall manufactured in Pennsylvania had an extremely long lead time and despite being ordered at the onset did not arrive until just prior occupancy. Flat Iron ensured that it was installed expeditiously.

Key to the success of the project was close monitoring and coordination of site logistics as well as constant communication and updates with project team and key stakeholders.
