The existing office space was renovated to allow for full barrier free accessibility to all spaces and amenities.

Our scope of work included demolition, placing of lightweight concrete slab, sound proofing rooms, building various labs and meeting rooms with operable partitions, glazing walls, and new finishes throughout. These included new millwork, carpet and painting. Alterations were also required to existing HVAC, sprinkler and communications systems.
