Flat Iron Building Group Inc. Awarded 5 Floor Renovation Contract for Infrastructure Ontario by SNC-Lavalin O&M Inc.
Toronto, ON - November 22, 2013 - Flat Iron Building Group Inc. today announced that it has been awarded a renovation contract for Infrastructure Ontario at 777 Bay Street, Toronto by SNC-Lavalin O&M Inc.
Under this lump sum contract, Flat Iron will carry out upgrades and repairs to more than 45,000 sq. ft. over 5 floors. Scope of work includes demolition and renovation: drywall partitions and demountable walls, carpet, millwork, doors, meeting rooms and private offices, as well as sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and communication cabling throughout. Move management is also a component of the contract.

Managed by Canderel Group of Companies, this 30-story Class ‘A’ office building is connected to College Park and is home to a variety of Ontario Ministries, including the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH).
